SIMPLE TRICKS TO SUCCESSFUL MOTIVATION

Motivation is indeed one of the best arms that you could ever carry on along with your journey through life. You may be well-armed with knowledge, time and even exceptional capabilities and a higher level of abilities, when motivation is at its poorest state are at hand nothing will ever happen in your life.

1. Posses firmly your actual goals in life.

You might need to ask these following questions to yourself:

Question No.1  Is this goal truly mine?
Question No.2  Is this goal truly what I really want?
Question No.3  Is there someone else who chooses this kind of goal for me?

If your answers are these from those three basic questions:

-you are trying to achieve your parents' definition of success
-you adopted their goals as your own
-you chose a destination, and a good one, but you never know why you wanted to get there

Then you are surrounded by influences and expectations. Everyone around will have a vision of who you are but NO ONE KNOWS YOU BETTER THAN YOU! Never ever spend your life trying to live up to their expectations nor run from their criticisms. You shouldn't choose your path because people say you should. YOUR MOTIVATION HAS TO COME FROM YOU..it should stem from your passion, talents or where you are really good at and how you enjoy and love while you are doing your best..it should represent what makes you truly happy!

But it does not mean that you have to disregard nor ignore what your family or community has to say but you won't have the perseverance to achieve your goals if they aren't yours.

SET ASIDE A FEW MINUTES EACH DAY TO OWN YOUR GOALS.

CONSIDER WHERE THOSE GOALS CAME FROM

REMIND YOURSELF WHY AND HOW YOU CHOSE THEM

Not only will you feel more pride in who you are, but you will also know you are heading in the right direction.

2. Envision the Details

Imagining yourself living in a mansion with endless money in your hands isn't actually goals!

-they are just things you think about for fun
-you can't figure out a plan to get there

That's a clear definition between a GOAL and a DREAM!

We often hear these terms interchangeably, but there is a difference:

Dreams are flexible and easy. They capture imaginary actions and feelings. Just like when you dream about flying or walking on walls but that doesn't mean you're going to!
Some dreams inspire you to chase after something..but your goals actually do the chasing!

Goals are concrete steps toward something you want, it has deadlines, costs, and even the hardest obstacles. It can and should exist in real life yet most people don't treat it that way. They act like their goals are crazy,  impossible ideas, so they seem imaginary but they don't have to stay that way. You can motivate yourself every day by visualizing your goals, picture them down to the smallest details.

This is the technique that most winners and champions do. They envision themselves winning and then do everything they can to bring that vision to life. But this trick is not limited to short-term goals you can do the same thing with your future.

Ask yourself again as many questions as you can think of:

Question No.1 What does my daily routine look like?
Question No.2 Who do you spend most of your time with?
Question No.3 What kind of furniture do you own?

These questions may sound pointless, but each one gives you direction and drive. You don't have to ask every question at once. And you don't have to know all the answers. By simply forcing yourself to be specific you can turn vague ideas into real achievable goals.

3.The power of expectations

Other peoples' expectations could lead you to the wrong path. They can make you feel lost or unfulfilled. But if you already know where you are headed, expectations can also works wonders! Tell your family, friends or even your close community members about your goals. Express yourself freely to them!

x All too often I hear someone hiding their dreams
x Some stash away their goals on a secret to-do list
x Others say they won't show anyone until it's 100% perfect

Either way, they are too shy to show the world what they are passionate about to do with their life.

If no one knows what you are doing, you can get away with not doing it. So, you should create that expectation! Have someone who can check you how your plans and goals are going through.

Make sure it is someone whose opinion matters to you. That way, you won't want them to see you give up. No one likes to admit to a loved one that they've failed. Instead, you want to show up with a finished product.

You mustn't get carried away..otherwise, you will be driven out of your motivation. When you tell everyone that will listen, you sometimes assume an identity that is not yours. So, why invest the time and effort into something that you already have? We can always observe all these in different social media people who seem more interested in getting attention and respect than accomplishing their actual goals.

To make sure you don't fall into all these traps,  tell only one person you care about. In that way, their expectation will fuel your success by not giving you an excuse to be lazy.

4. Resurrecting motivation

We all wish that "we'll feel motivated all the time " but we can't! Even if we maximize all the tricks on this list you will eventually feel lazy and unproductive. No matter how ambitious you are, there's just no avoiding these moments of weakness. Most people let all these negativity from pursuing their goals. They expect things to be smooth and easy but life obviously doesn't work that way. Every path you take will be filled with failure and frustration.

But here's the thing:

-you know these obstacles are coming (of course you don't know what or when or why)

Why not prepare yourself?

The 4th trick to staying motivated every day is to:

-figure out ahead of time how to resurrect your motivation
-create a plan and navigate through your darkest, laziest moments while everyone's plan will look a little bit different
-there's one key thing you need, find a way to accept all your failures.

Whatever happened, and you can't change that. Just remind yourself that every second is a chance to wipe the slate clean, learn from your mistakes and TRY AGAIN!

(Thank you for the great compilation #TopThink I just really had the greatest time of my life writing what you unselfishly shared on your channel.)

One more segment worth sharing!

Just like what Isabel Daza says during her interview with Miss Bianca Gonzales in her YouTube Segment "Paano Ba To?", Miss Daza shared that motivation is something that people constantly need to reach their goals.

 "Sometimes you don't need motivation, you just need to get it done..." motivation can be an excuse not to finish something or not to do something but at the end of the day when you build a habit;
if it's working out if it's eating clean or saving money you just have to get it done and not think of any other excuses...

The same thing that struck me most was what Miss Lea Salonga says; " You will never always be motivated. So you must learn to be disciplined."

So, it is indeed of much importance to always keep your eyes on the good...despite the countless excuses.

If we would really come to think especially in this generation, we are very much into short term gratification rather than saving money for the long term.

These are 3 important things to let our mind sink into:

1. Reset your mind
2. Build a habit
3. Focus on discipline

Let us wake up in the day, say what you are grateful for and then when you get down to your notebook, write it down---

"What are the tasks that I want to complete today?"

Balance...the key to happiness and the key to success is being so thankful and grateful for whatever you have to do that day..because reality is what you live with and how your mindset is and MOTIVATION doesn't come every single day!

Always remember, that there are always possibilities in every impossibility just have a handful of courage as you go through the journey of life!
